Q: How to order?
A: Inquiry by Mail→Quotation→Confirm PO or PI→Make the Payment→Prepare the parts→Deliver→Buyer Receive the Parts.
Q: What is the delivery time of the elevator parts?
A: We have established big stock of elevator parts so mostly quick-wear part we have stock and can be delivered at once when we get your payment. The products which we do not have stock the lead time is 3~30 days after we get your payment. The nonstandard and special products you need confirm lead time with us.
Q: I don't see the parts I'm looking for on the website?
A: Our inventory is always being updated. Our spare parts warehouse is one of the largest in China. If you can't find what you're looking for on our web, please don't hesitate to contact us! If we don't have it, we will get it!
Q: Can you customize products?
A: Yes, we are mainly doing customized products according to the customers' drawings or samples.
Q: How to guarantee the quality of your goods?
A: Firstly, we will do the inspection after every process. For the finished products, we will do 100% inspection according to the customers' requirements.
Q: What about your packaging?
A: We use waterproof packages for elevator parts will be packed into solid wooden cases. Generally, 1*20' container is enough to load 1 set of elevator about 6 floors,2~3 sets passenger elevators fit in 1*40ft container/ 1*40HQ container.For 1 set escalator fit 1*40HQ container.
Q: Which shipping way is available and how to track?
A: 1. By sea to your nearest port
2. By air to your nearest airport
3. By international express (DHL,TNT,UPS,FEDEX,EMS) Door to Door.
We will provide you the tracking number once your orders were shipped out. You could know it clearly for the status of the goods delivery.
